I am a Christian, I am a husband and I am a father. I believe that in order to know God and understand our place in life, we only need the Scripture. I attend the church of Christ that meets at Mountainview in Auburn, WA. We are completely autonomous and we use only the Scripture as our "creed" if you want to call it that.
I understand that many people believe many different things, and that many of them are not Scriptural beliefs, I too have had some of that in my Christian walk. I do not believe I am always correct, but I know that the Scripture always is.
I will always yield to the Scripture. I have been presented with many Scriptural disagreements or misunderstandings, and have even been wrong about some of them. I believe that the Bible is the God-breathed truth and the only authority necessary for understanding God's will.
